A remarkable lesson, done entirely in your imagination. I experienced the pleasure of quickly progressing from feeling really challenged to imagine even the simpler movements at the beginning to being able to imagine more and more complex things later in the lesson. The ending was a wonderful surprise and the clarity I felt in myself as I started moving again as well. It stayed with me for a long time. I can’t wait to present this lesson to you and exchange afterwards!!
